Yes, we are dog friendly. We ask that your favourite is on a lead and/or in your lap at all times and that they are well behaved.

Our tours are Good to Go! There will be no capacity restrictions on the vehicle other than the number of seats. There is hand sanitiser available on all of our buses. If government guidelines change and directly because of that a tour is cancelled or the passenger has to cancel, all monies paid will be refunded. Updated: 3 February 2022.
Face coverings are not mandatory on public transport outside of London, so you do not have to wear one by law on our vehicles. However the government recommends that people wear face coverings in enclosed or private spaces where they are mixing with people they do not know. Updated: 3 February 2022.
For your convenience City Sightseeing Bournemouth provides 25 sightseeing stops at some of Bournemouth & Poole’s most interesting places. Westbourne, Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks, Poole Park, Poole Quay & Poole Old Town. There is also a short feeder on the first two runs in the morning serving Bournemouth Station (Coach Station and Rail Station) and the East Over Cliff (see details below and in our timetable. The first and last stop of the tour is at Bournemouth Pier, with a variety of main and request stops in between, but you can join the tour at any stop on route just hail the driver as the bus is approaching. Tickets are available directly from the driver and our ticket sellers close to the bus stop, you can pay cash or card.
For the convenience of visitors arriving by coach or train, we pick up from Bournemouth Coach Station and for those wo are staying in hotels on the East Cliff , we pick up at the Suncliff Hotel and the East Cliff lift bus stops on East Overcliff Drive, then head down to Bournemouth Pier ready for the first two runs of the day, we will not be returning here after these times.
The service runs daily in the season. The first bus leaves Bournemouth Pier at 10am and the last bus leaves at 5pm. The first bus leaves Poole Quay at 11am and the last bus leaves at 6pm. If you decide to stay on board the tour bus for the complete route, it takes about an hour and a half, including a ten minute lay over on Poole Quay.
Buy your tickets online, on the bus, from one of our ticket sellers in Bournemouth Pier Approach or at the Bournemouth Tourist Information Centre in front of Bournemouth Pier. Our Hop-On Hop-Off tickets are available for either 24 hours or 48 hours and combination Bus and Boat tickets are also available. City Sightseeing Bournemouth is a sightseeing tour service therefor we cannot accept English concessionary bus passes. See details on discounts here.
All dogs welcome on board our buses as long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead. All our buses are wheelchair accessible.
